A preview product

Emi is an early-access wellbeing companion. Features may change, and the service is provided as-is during this preview, without warranties. Subscriptions run through Stripe in test mode, so no real payments are processed at this stage.

Not medical or crisis care

Emi offers wellbeing support only. It is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Please read the wellbeing & safety page, which forms part of these terms, before relying on any conversation feature.

Your account

You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in, since a one-time link to that inbox grants access to your subscription. Please use Emi lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service or its usage limits.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid tiers renew on their stated interval until cancelled. You can view your plan and cancel any time through the customer portal, reachable from your account page. Monthly quotas and conversation credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Because this preview runs in Stripe test mode, no money changes hands.

Changes

These preview terms will be replaced with full terms before launch. Continuing to use Emi after an update means you accept the revised terms.
