What Emi is
Emi is a wellbeing companion. It offers gentle structure for your day — reminders to pause and rest, short meditations, a space to note what you are grateful for, and supportive conversation. Many people find that kind of steady, low-pressure presence genuinely helpful.
What Emi is not
Emi is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. It is not a crisis or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and nothing it says should be taken as professional advice. Its conversations, including the ICAN emotional-support feature, are supportive listening — not clinical treatment.
When to reach a professional
If you are struggling with your mental health, please consider talking to a doctor, a licensed therapist, or another qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. Using Emi is never a reason to delay getting the care you need.
